I was diagnosed with an aggressive bladder cancer over 7 years ago, have remained healthy under Dr Hollenbach's care and treatment since. Am here writing this..... I trust this man..... with my life.

I have been a patient at Triple Crown for many years way before they changed the name. I couldn't imagine going anywhere but Triple Crown, I have dealt with kidney stones for a long time but Dr. Hollenbach is an amazing doctor and actually cares for me. He knows his stuff just like the rest of the clinic, the Nurse practitioners are amazing as well. from nurses to checking in and checking out! I can call and they go out of their way to help me and get me taking care of! I'm forever grateful for them!

I called one morning and thought I had a UTI. Dr. Hollenbach had told me years ago if I ever thought I had one to let him treat me (He had put 2 interstims in for me). The receptionist got me in that morning to see the APRN Laci Patton and she sent me over for a CT scan to rule out stones. The scheduler got me scheduled and the PA done within the hour. A urine culture was sent in and the nurse called me on the weekend with the results and medication called in. As suspected I had a really bad UTI. I followed up in a couple weeks with the APRN Kayla Harrington. To the office staff who got me in quick, the scheduler who got my CT approved and scheduled to both APRN's and of course my long time urologist Dr. Hollenbach I give you a huge thank you and a thumbs up. If it were not for this group I would have ended up in the hospital. I feel very blessed. Thanks again.

I had a great experience prior to, during, and after having a vasectomy! The entire staff was professional and made me feel extremely comfortable in such a vulnerable time. They all explained the entire process in ways that were easily understandable. One nurse in particular, Kelsey Melancen, made sure that I was very well taken care of throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Triple Crown Urology for all your Urology needs.

Staff was nice- Dr. Warford and Kelsey Melancen were great to work with. They both went above and beyond - very grateful.

Yes I see Dr. Hollenbach, Kayla Harrington Nurse Practitioner and Hannah, her nurse. They all are so good to me and help with my continuing UTI problems. I don’t know how I could manage without them! They are the best!!

I love Dr Hollenbach and his staff. I visit the staff that comes to Mena Arkansas. Words can not describe how wonderful they are. Always ready to help me out no matter what. Dr Hollenbach has helped me so much. Saying thank you to him and all his staff is not enough

My husband is forever thankful for Dr. Renee Warford. She came to CHI St Vincent on a Sunday afternoon to treat him. We had entered through the ER and a CT scan showed he had a kidney stone. Her professional care got him through this painful ordeal, and he will be grateful forever.
